Sophisticated validating equipment for micro-accuracy.
Testing – PCM’s technology center will test your mold on our thermoform, pressure form, and twinsheet machines. 
Data can also be acquired precisely through electronic measuring using sophisticated validating equipment. Actual finished parts or precision-made models are scanned three-dimensionally for micrometer accuracy, then integrated into one of the CAD systems. Additionally, this same CMM validating equipment can be used to check and double-check precision accuracy of finished parts or molds.
